Baking has always been my passion. Being trained in Austrian patisserie, I took traditional recipies for Austrian pastries and added a touch of California by making them healthier and a little less sinful. I have reduced the amounts of sugar and am sourcing organic and local ingredients whereever possible.
Family and friends here in San Francisco enjoyed my creations for the past nine years. Again and again they have encouraged me to share the cakes, cookies, and other treats with more people and consider making a business out of it. The pandemic of 2020/2021 finally made me make this step and the result is this web presence, where you can get a glimpse of my creations.
